I prefer using this one than Tylenol. The active ingredient is ibuprofen and it works faster to cut my headache or any pain than tylenol for me. I like it!!

Advil is great, but I can never really justify buying name brand. I like than I can find it everywhere, from gas stations to grocery stores, and that I can always count on it. Satisfied overall.
