I use Advil when I am in my monthly cycle because it works quickly and relieves the mensural cramps fast! I also like that it is safer to take multiple days. I would recommend it to anyone I know. I also like that it isn’t expensive.

Ibuprophen is good for muscle pain. Sometimes it affects my stomach so I have to be sure to use with food. Therefore I only use occasionally when I don’t have something else.
