I've been an Advil user for years. I've found that what works best for me is to immediately take two of these Ibuprofen Sodium tablets, then get that side of my face cool. I now only use it for that specific purpose. I haven't found anything else that works better. Regular Advil is fine for everything else.

I love taking Advil liquid gels over the regular Advils because they work so much quicker. I get headaches often and I don't have to wait long for the pain reliever to kick in and feel better.
