I'm no stranger to ibuprofen, but I don't think I've ever taken it in a gel capsule form. Typically I start to see improvements when taking ibuprofen within 30 to 40 minutes. I do think that the gel capsules made it so it was a bit more fast acting and I started to have relief within 20 minutes. The packaging is relatively easy to open. You just squeeze it. While the capsules are quite big they're still relatively easy to take, especially with food. Overall I'm very satisfied with the Advil liqui-gels.
