They also reduce fever quickly. The capsules are easy to take and I notice relief fast. I follow the directions by taking one capsule every 4 to 6 hours, or two if one is not enough, and I never go over six in a day. I also make sure I take it with food because I don't want it to upset my stomach. Overall, it is reliable and effective and I am glad to have it on hand.
