I took one gel capsule and it didn't take much time until I felt some ease-up in my knee pain. The pain wasn't totally gone but I was able to move around better. I like the small bottle because I can put it in my work bag and it's easy to take with me. I had no side effects from taking these gel capsules so it's an all around win. Even though they are bigger than the solid version, I think they're still easy to swallow. Because of their liquid form, they are easier to digest and absorb, therefore faster acting. The pill case is pretty small and compact so I'm able to carry them in my purse at all times. You never know when you'll need them so it's good to have them handy. Highly recommend!
