The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bitter aftertaste. Because it is capsule with liquid filled. It is quickly kick in — within about 15–20 minutes. Although I need to take with a small snack or meal, it is gentle on my stomach. The bottle seals well, and the dosage instructions are clear. It is the medication that I always keep stocked at home and in my bag.

The liquid gels were easier to take and quick action. These came in perfect timing as I always run out of medicine and it was needed.
