These for me only touch minor headaches. They don't do anything for pain. (I have chronic pain.) So for me they don't really work.

A close second to aleve. This one is 20mg less of ibuprofen. Name brand works better than generic. Tried and true for me.

I love the liquid gels and even the regular Advil, I prefer Advil to Tylenol. It gets the job done quickly.

I prefer the smaller tablets compared to the gels. These are so large and mskes it difficult to swallow. Doesnt have any bad taste or flavor though

I have to take at least 4 to get any headache relief. The gels are supposed to be easier to digest., which they are. But effectiveness not worth it.

I always prefer liquid gel form because they go down easily. The size is small enough where I wouldn’t choke.
