I have headaches pretty often and Advil helping to releave pain in minutes. Gells is the best form of pills, no need to drink water or struggle with bad taste.

I do always have ibuprofen on hand when I am having inflammatory pain, like neck pain, back pain, etc. I do think the liquid gel version works faster than the original! They cause no stomach issues for me. Packaging was easy to open for me, but safe enough for my kids not to get into.
