Usually when I’m on my period I take Tylenol extra strength ( I’m in a lot of pain due to my endometriosis) but this time I took Advil instead. Within 30-40 I didn’t feel any pain on my lower back. From now on I’m planning to switch to Advil and try it for the next few months.
