Advil liquid gels are the only pain reliever that I use. They work usually within about 30 minutes unless I have a migraine. They don't make me feel sick to my stomach like Tylenol does either.

I find the liquid gel Advil is the best bang for your buck plus they are very effective. They work very fast and relieve me of pain from headaches, backaches or even stomach cramps.
