Usually when I’m on my period I take Tylenol extra strength ( I’m in a lot of pain due to my endometriosis) but this time I took Advil instead. Within 30-40 I didn’t feel any pain on my lower back. From now on I’m planning to switch to Advil and try it for the next few months.

Not cheap but often on sale. I prefer the brand name, it does work better. Every pill has 200mg of ibuprofen. Recommend!

I keep a little bottle in my bag at all times just in case. You could buy generic, I like the packaging tho, it never pops open and they hardly spill all over the place when trying to grab them.
