[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really an advil taker. But I like how there is ibuprofen and acetaminophen on it. Sometimes one or the other does not work. It is easier to have both in one pill instead of having to buy both and take them separate.

As a nurse I suggest patients take Advil and Tylenol together frequently but they don't want to take excessive pills. With this they only have to take the typical “2” pills. Then they have the NSAID and Tylenol at the same time!

I only have it 4 stars because I prefer to take a headache medicine or body ache medicine over this one pill that'll do it all I thankfully haven't had all over pain like that before.

I took it the other day after experiencing a headache and within 20 minutes I was already feeling relief. I also love this small, convenient bottle. I carry it in my purse for instant relief next time a headache decides to come on!

Now usually nothing touches these soul crushing headaches and I just have to suffer through. But just two of these lifted the haze and I was feeling worlds better within the hour! Highly recommend
