I took 2 as directed and it did not touch my headache. I looked at the mg on these pills and theyre very low. I understand you have to be careful with the dosage of these with liver damage concerns, but for someone with more intense pain or a higher tolerance I would say this is not the medication for them.

And although I cannot take NSAID's due to my kidney failure, my husband loves these! He has been taking 2 of them on those hard long work days. And he says they really help with his back pain.
