[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that these tablets have two medicines (acetaminophen & NSaids). This gives me the assurance that it helps to ease any pain that have throughout my body. The tablets are easy to swallow and they do my upset my stomach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in the medical profession and was always under the impression of alternating acetaminophen with ibuprofen but at much higher doses that deal with prescriptions. With the smaller doses that come in the OTC to combine them was genius! No more alternating but getting it all in one! Works so well I have shared with many coworkers!

Normally I would take excedrin for the headache and Bayer back and body for the muscle soreness, but I just used the Advil dual action and it did the job!

Usually I like the liquid gels because they are easier to swallow but these actually aren't hard to swallow, even without water. They are super effective and started working for me in maybe 30 minutes. I also want to say I like the little packaging of the one I got. Perfect size for purses or bags!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I woke up with an awful toothache. Wasn't just my tooth that was in agony, the pain went along my jawline as well. I took 2 OTC pain relievers and they did provide SOME relief. When it was time for another dose, I took Advil instead. Within 20 minutes, the pain was greatly decreased. 30 minutes after taking Advil, I had absolutely NO pain at all. NONE. I went from being in absolute agony to perfectly fine within 1/2 hour's time. Though the directions say to take every 4-6 hours for pain, mine didn't start to creep back until a little more than 8 hours had passed, so I took another dose. The tablets are easy to swallow, they have a coating that helps if you have issues swallowing pills. 200 pills come in a bottle. The price is a bargain. These work, they work quickly and they work for a LONG time! From now on, we'll be taking Advil for our aches and pains. I'm still amazed how well these killed my toothache pain!
