Not many OTC painkillers help, but these definitely did numb the pain of my regular headaches more than typical Advil. I will definitely buy more!

I usually alternate between ibuprofen and tylenol as it usually works best for me but I always struggle on remembering which to take next as its usually during a busy work day. This took about 30min to start working when I woke up with really bad cramps but then the pain relief lasted much longer than my previous methods and I didnt have to remember which to take next! it was easy on my sensitive stomach too. i just took it 2x a day and didmt need more than that. I'm hooked! I def will be using this from now on.
