I took this after a long day out where I had back pain and a headache and it did alleviate both of those for me. I took a nap and woke up and both aches had faded. It wasnt hard to swallow and didnt upset my stomach at all. Glad to have it!

Not many OTC painkillers help, but these definitely did numb the pain of my regular headaches more than typical Advil. I will definitely buy more!

Usually with regular ibuprofen I have to take 4-5 to actually feel an effect and feel relief but I only took two of this new dual action and it relieved my headache within 20-25 minutes. Im seriously impressed!
