Advil Dual Action is a combination of Advil and Tylenol, and it works great! If you're like me, and you feel like neither one is great-try this, seriously! It helps with everything from headaches to body aches.

Not my first choice in pain relievers but will help mask some of the symptoms if its the only thing available. Does help with minor aches and pains typically does nothing when it comes to headaches.
