I took it on a lower pain day after a run bc of my knee being tender, and it worked great. I wouldnt recommend this for someone with chronic pain or anything bc with the two medications its harder to make sure your not taking too much since they are not solid 100mg doses of each. I only took the recommended dose and normally i take 800mg Ibuprofen.
