[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fine if you like to use Tylenol and advil together but I find other otc nsaids work better for my headaches and acute pain. Also can cause upset tummy if not taken with food rather than plain Tylenol

I always get plagued with headaches or muscle aches and this is legit the best! Two types of pain relievers means the best dynamic duo! I use this whenever I have a horrible headache and would highly recommend to others! No side effects and my headaches went away fairly quickly! I usually would need to take 3-4 normal Advils for that to happen!

I lean toward something like this when the weather is messing with my joints or if i feel a bad headache coming on to help minimize the pain. The bottle size is also great for throwing in your bag so you always have it on you!

The only thing I wish is that the pills were a bit smaller as it is difficult for me to swallow larger pills. I would highly recommend this over a generic.

Helped with the muscle and joint pain and made feel less sore in the morning. Highly recommend it. You get the benefit of 2 pills!

I can just put it right in my purse and it's easy and I love the fact that it also has ibuprofen in. It definitely helps whenever I am. My back is in pain and see easy to carry around.

It's always been the fastest working but the dual action formula of ibuprofen and acetaminophen makes this even better! This little tube is so convenient for keeping in the car, purse, backpack, first aid kit…anywhere! You definitely need one..or two..or five of these so Advil is always on hand!
