[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Advil dual action complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I only received two medicines. It worked well and is effective. I don't see the difference between these and off brands except for the price.

I was involved in a minor car accident, but new that I would be sore the next day. I took the Advil Dual Action to block the immediate pain and in anticipation of pain later in the evening. The Advil Dual Action did the trick. Within in 45 minutes my initial pain was lessened and I did not have the anticipated pain later in the evening! I will definitely put this product in my medicine cabinet and use it when needed!

It worked very well for me and I often get headaches and cant get rid of them even with medicine. I also have a very difficult time taking pills but for some reason, this one went down super easy! Dont love taking pain killers but would definitely recommend if youre absolutely in need of quick relief!

I like that its combination of two medicines to tackle the pain of a headache when its coming on. Ive even had my husband try it when he had some knee pain, and it worked like a charm.

I tried the advil and to my surprise, within about 45 mins, it was completely gone?! Like HOW. Normally drinking water, eating, or even taking a nap works to cure the measly headache but on that day, it was so bad and thankfully the Advil worked! I def recommend.

I was surprised to find that not long after taking this, my headache was totally gone! I feel like it worked better than regular Advil alone.
