I only give it 4 stars because I'm not sure how different it is to just buying acetametaphine and ibuprofen and taking them at off times but other than it's good stuff. would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, due to the blood pressure/heart disease medications I take, I'm no longer able to take Advil (ibuprofin), so was unable to personally use this product. I am able to take products with acetaminophen though, but unfortunately this has both. Before I was diagnosed with heart disease (4 years ago), Advil was my pain reliever of choice for headaches and aches and pains. I always thought it worked better than other brands.

Nothing else works for me. I always use Advil liquid gels but this Advil dual action is my new favorite go-to medicine because the dual action helps relieve the pain faster and quicker for a long period of time which helps a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works. If I have bad headaches it gets rid of them. Granted, normal acetaminophen or ibuprofen work for me as well. I don't think this stuff works any better but it doesn't work any worse. I've only used it for headaches so maybe it's more effective for other types of pain. I have no complaints about this product at all. It does what it's supposed to.

Even though the Advil isn't necessarily for headaches it helped pretty quickly lessen the pain I was in so I could get my work done for the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this product has been needed for a long time! It's finally here!!! I suffer from arthritis pain and this is a game changer! I'm definitely taking less acetaminophen through the day. My pain level is lower as well... now if they can just come out with a version for kids! Every time my toddler has a fever I can only seem to get it to break with alternating Advil and acetaminophen. Please come up with a children's formula... if possible medically/health wise.

This combination acetaminophen and ibuprofen works great with pain relief while also providing the anti-inflammatory benefits of ibuprofen. However, sometimes the doctor recommends staggering your acetaminophen and ibuprofen so I think it would depend on what you need pain relief for. Advil has always been a reliable brand for our family.
