[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say this definitely works faster than Tylenol but as for the length of action I would say it's less. I took it before a small nap but when I woke up the headache was there again but not as bad. But I'd say this is worth it.

Its the only painkiller that actually helps him, he usually takes the liquid gels but I guess these work too. Five stars on behalf of my dad lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This didnt necessarily work for me. I took it multiple times for cramps and headaches. For my headaches, it took a few minute to work but it didnt get rid of the entire headache and it didnt work at all for my cramps.

I only have it 4 stars because I prefer to take a headache medicine or body ache medicine over this one pill that'll do it all I thankfully haven't had all over pain like that before.

I can't fairly review this product without putting my health at risk. My friend did say that it was much more effective that just acetaminophen or ibuprofen, so I'll take that as a win!

I used to take 2 ibuprofen and 2 acetaminophen every time I got a headache which would lead to stomach issues. Now I can take 1 medicine with the effect of 2! Highly recommend.

I dont personally take pills, but when I do I like to take ibuprofen like dual action Advil contains, and I know the other people in my household always go to it when they have a headache or any other body pain!

I don't always carry a huge pill bottle with me in any of my bags so this is perfect for when I need some thing in quick on the go, and small and portable enough to take with me everywhere.
