My husband took a dose to help the cream he was using. It never did had any effect on the pain. He usually takes much higher dosages of ibuprofen, it could have something to do with tolerance levels. The packaging is great for on-the-go! Perfect purse or pocket size!

This OTC pain reliever has come in so handy on a very hot and active day in uncomfortable shoes. Unfortunately, I had to walk in uncomfortable shoes for an lengthy distance and by the end of the day my feet were out of commission. When I thought there is no way out of the misery I was experiencing, this dual action was truly god send. It was effective within mins and it was potent enough to truly provide relief. I experienced no side effects and was ready to take on another hiking the next day.

I highly recommend trying it out. The plus for me is there are less pills I have to take because they contain both acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Every household would benefit from having these on hand.
