I am thrilled to have found this pain medication! It has given me relief for the arthritis in my hands. I love gardening and this allows me to continue doing what I love . So thankful!

I have a toddler and a baby so I don't sleep great right now and normally wake up with a headache most days. I woke up this morning with a headache from lack of sleep and a sore body from the gym the day before. I popped two of these bad boys and within 30 mins felt so much better. No headache and no soreness! I will continue to use these. So much better than taking so much ibuprofen at a time like I've been doing and now that this have ibuprofen and acetaminophen it really kicks any pains butt! #complimentary #advildualaction

Tooth ache, head ache, menstrual cramps and thats only to name a few and the BEST part it is , IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!! Ive tried so many things before this specifically fir headaches & this is just the best, gas acting & effective 10/10 recommend.

Nothing usually helps but I took one of these pills this month and it really helped. I also used a pill when I had a pounding headache from the pressure in the air before a big storm and it helped!

I loved the idea of an acetaminophen and ibuprofen combination that would take on all problems! When I took it, I couldn't really tell it had affected much. It's a really low dosage. Overall I wouldn't recommend.
