I suffer from really bad acne due to oily skin. I tried everything from facials to expensive dermatologist appointments. I went to the drugstore and decided to purchase this cleanser just to see what all the hype was about. I LOVE IT. It smells so soft, like a baby. And it’s so smooth on my face, it does not feel dry after washing. After about a month of using it, it has cleared up my acne! I’m so happy I found this product. RECOMMEND!!

I bought this because of its good reviews and my stepmother has used it for years and her skin looks fine but man was I wrong. I recently started birth control and it has caused my acne to come back (I have prescription medication from the dermatologist) and what I was using before wasn’t doing it’s job anymore. I was desperate and tired of feeling insecure about my face considering I’ve had clear skin for so long. In the beginning it was fine, I was using it twice a day and my acne wasn’t getting worse. After a couple a days I noticed my lips would burn when I was using it and that maybe it was too strong for my skin (I do not have sensitive skin). However, I kept using it because I figured my skin was not used to it and would get over it but one morning I woke up and had small red bumps on my forehead, cheeks and nose! I felt ten times worse than I did before. I looked into online and found out there are several ingredients that are NOT good for clearing acne or “unclogging” pores. 10/10 do not recommend! You can give it a try, it may work for you but it’s a no for me!

I was excited to try this foaming cleanser, as the Original Cetaphil Cleanser does not foam. Unfortunately, within three days of twice daily use, my face broke out into a horrible, zitty rash! I now use it as a hand wash until it’s gone. Be cautious with this product. Fortunately Cetaphil has numerous cleansing options for one to try.

Amazing product I have a extremely desert dry skin the product has done wonder to my skin . I swear by this product . I have been using this since 3 yeara and it make my skin soft and moisturizing. It makes my skin moisturized and soft without even moisturizer

A holy grail for me! It's super gentle and doesn't break me out. I feel this is the only face wash that I have tried that keeps my oils under control. Note: the formula is different than the all over cleanser! This will have a clear consistency, the latter has a creamy consistency. Recommend to anyone with sensitive skin!

My favorite face wash of all time! It manages oil and also provides enough moisture on dry days! It is simple and effective with no unnecessary fragrances or dyes. I appreciate that this brand is reliable for sensitive skin and I can always count on finding it in stores.

I've been using this for years as a gentle face cleanser, starting when I was on acne medication. It's effective and not super expensive; gentle, no smell, solid packaging, doesn't break me out as some other cleansers do. I use it after cleansing my makeup off with micellar water, and it works perfectly.

This product definitely gets the job done without irritating my skin.  Unfortunately, If I use it with makeup, it doesn't really help anything come off.  It's fine for any other day and it never leaves my skin dry like other cleansers.  My guy uses it on the daily and we usually buy it in bulk since it works great for him (that no make-up wearer lol)
