I have been using Cetaphil for at least 40 years. I'm 72 years old, but no one can believe it, and besides good genes, I also give credit for that to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I recently bought what I thought was my Gentle Skin Cleanser, because it had the same blue cap, only to find out it's a new formulation containing glycerin. I despise the feel of the glycerin on my skin, and this product also contains a very strong fragrance. I'm not sure why there is fragrance in a dermatologist-tested and recommended product. (I'm a retired RN who used to work for a dermatologist). My Gentle Skin Cleanser left a nice, clean feel; was fragrance free; and left my skin feeling soft - never any pulling or drying of the skin. I'd love to know why you felt the need to change your products? I will not be using the new one; I already discarded it after only one use. Please bring back the original Gentle Skin Cleanser.

It helped my daughters skin get very clear. It met my expectations and I buy it always. The packaging was easy to open and use and told me everything I need to know. It was very effective. They can make it for sensitive skin. 10000/10 would buy again.

When I used this daily facial cleaner I personally didn’t see much of a different when cleaning my face. I’m sure it will work well on others but it didn’t change anything with my skin. I didn’t feel moisture or if my skin was clearing up from using it. I felt like I was just using a soap.

After using many higher end- face washes that claim to target various skin issues (oiliness, acne, combination skin) I came back to this product and it has become my holy-grail cleanser. A great price point, it’s simplicity yet effectiveness makes this a great option. It’s a great value for the amount of product in the large bottle that you get and it has a nice clean scent. Don’t underestimate this cleanser!

I have sensitive skin and rosacea and this has been my go-to cleanser for years. It just works. It is gentle, cleaning your skin without stripping it or irritating it. I’m loyal to Cetaphil and am so grateful to have found a product that cleans my problem skin without causing me more issues.

I have dry skin and find that this cleanser usually makes it worse. I saw a correlation between using this and my skin becoming a lot more dry and red. This product would be great for those without dry skin, but personally I don’t find that it works for me

I’ve been using this cleanser for as long as I can remember as it was the first product my mom bought for me. Today, my skin has changed and I do find it to be a bit drying sometimes. That being said, I do recommend for an oily complexion or someone who is looking to try out a new cleanser!

i love this facial cleanser! i have sensitive skin so i don't like to use products with too many ingredients. this is light on the skin but still cleans it and my skin has been clear. i use it 2 to 3 times a day- when i wake up, before i go to bed and in the shower. i highly recommend!

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser is something I CAN NOT live without! The cleanser doesn’t leave behind an odd residue and leaves you feeling actually clean. It’s gentle on the skin and smells nice! Often times you can get pregnancy acne, and this cleared it up for me in no time! ❤️

I have such bad acne but this saved my life. Little pricey but worth it. It’s good value and it’s recommended by doctors. My face is becoming clearer and I’ll add a photo to show you. I don’t have a before photo but just know it was BAD! I just finished a Crosscountry race so I was sweaty but I use to have big bad pimples.
