For a long time I was using acne medicated (benzoyl peroxide) face washes to clear my skin. Recently I have medication related break outside worse than when I was a teenager. I decided to use something with no acne medication in it and this was my first try and it worked wonders! I was my face once in the morning and once at night, sometimes using the small moisturizer they also sell if I feel dry but that is rare. This did not dry out my face much at all since using it. My suggestion is to use this outside of the shower twice a day and have a face only towel. I pair benzoyl peroxide medication cream after washing, finish with a facial mist of witch hazel and it changed my skin drastically.

This is my go to facial cleanser! I use this daily and my skin fights breakouts like a champ. It's easily affordable and you can find it at most drugstores. It's very gentle on the skin and has a clean scent. This product usually lasts me a few months. It's well worth the buy!

This cleanser is great. It doesn't dry me out. Its gentle. It doesn't have a harsh smell. I have never had any chemical burns or itchiness from this. A great staple product to keep in your cabinet. I started my preteen on this and he uses it twice a day. I think this is the best cleanser to start preteens/teens on.

This is my favorite cleanser! It works for my combination skin and my boyfriend uses it too. It’s cleared up his acne and doesn’t leave any film. The only downside is the smell while you’re using it. It’s a little off putting, but it doesn’t linger past the shower.

This is my morning routine face wash, I have tried plenty some top brands ($$$) Cetaphil has a gentle formula that removes excess oil w/o drying your skin. Most washes don't do what the packaging states this wash exceeded my expectations, will be looking forward to trying other products in the Cetaphil line

After trying many different brands, I am so happy that I found Cetaphil. It is gentle on my skin and never leaves burning or itching sensations like the other face washes I’ve tried. It doesn’t have a strong smell either. Can definitely clear out a breakout and prevent them if you use it religiously like I do! Love it!

This cleanser did an okay job cleaning my skin, but it made me so dry. My skin felt extremely tight and I was still having major breakouts. I also had dry patches of skin, which made makeup application more difficult. None of my facial moisturizers would help.

Great for allergies or sensitive skin. My boyfriend has very active acne and this has significantly reduced his acne. I have occasional issues with allergens so when needed I use the Cetaphil body wash which is really just a body friendly version of this. Only complaint is smell but that’s because the ingredients are so skin friendly.

I use this stuff daily! Although this may not be your high end facial cleanser, it has everything I need. It’s extremely gentle, does not dry or irritate, and deeply cleanses the skin. If you have sensitive skin or are just looking for something that isn’t too harsh, this is your solution.

This product is for people who do not struggle with acne, or for makeup brush cleaning. The main component within this is water, just to gently cleanse the face, not fight stubborn acne.
