I don’t consider my skin very sensitive, but this caused me to break out terribly. I know a lot of dermatologist recommend this so I thought I would give this a chance. Not again. I used stuff that was cheaper that was better and also, I hate that it doesn’t foam up. I am a big foam lover. I need the foam feeling. I know everyone has different skin types, but this one damaged my skin to the point of months of repair.

Not a fan. It advertises as a very gentle product, but Ive given this a try multiple different times and every time it burns a little and makes me breakout if I use it for more than a couple days. Ive used other gentle cleansers that dont do this, so Id like to know what is actually in this to be strong enough to burn my face.

No need for over priced daily facial cleanser. Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin 8Oz Each is the best! I've been using it for years but have tried other cleansers and always go back to this. Its gentle for my normal to oily skin and it never over drys my skin.

I’m really upset that this product has been “improved” I’ve been using cetaphil for almost 20 years and my skin did amazing on it. I never used anything else, but after this new version I have to look for another product. My skin has now been dry, itchy, red, rash like and I haven’t experienced this since I was a teenager going through acne. I’m so upset :( please bring back the old version!

I used to use this when my skin was very clear, in order to maintain it.  Good packaging, the pump makes it very sanitary.  Now that i have breakouts, i don’t think it is very beneficial.  More effective in maintaining clear skin rather than getting rid of existing acne. 

I used this cleanser because i wanted something gentle for my skin. I enjoyed this for the price. It does not lather with i enjoy sometimes. Only thing i didnt like was i have to keep pumping a lot of product into my hand for me to cleanse my whole face.

Although a good everyday cleanser this didnt do much for my 12 year old daughters blemishes. The product did work well for the 10 year old who has not yet experienced the breakouts. She found this to be less drying than the previous cleanser she had been using.

After years of struggling with acne and looking for the perfect everyday cleanser, Cetaphil is by far my favorite face wash. It’s not only gentle and soothing but leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. I recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive, cystic acne prone skin and wants a gentle product for everyday use!
