The recipe change took away their buttery taste and texture. The new version is like they’re made with just flour and water. No thanks!  I will no longer buy these!

Someone changed the recipe and it’s awful. After many years of purchasing these, it’s time to find another brand. Why do you think it’s a good idea to lose your customers?

Bring back the butter and texture. Club Crackers used to be THE top shelf snack from my childhood, a go-to for special occasions. Back in the day, Club were to crackers what Milano were to cookies, IYKYK. Nostalgia has left the building.

I love these crackers. Just the right amount of buttery taste. I love the commercial with the ladies singing their praises. But the last part of the commercial is the ultimate best part. However the commercial cuts out before end of it. Very disappointed. We need to see and hear all of it. Please find a way to run the whole commercial

I bought the last box and noticed they were different (in a bad way). Thought it was a one off so I bought another box. I won't be buying another. They are super crispy now. Mouth feel is not the same at all. Had my wife try one and she agreed. Not sure what you did but you shouldn't have. They aren't horrible but they're not what I wanted.

These are my only favorite crackers, but something has changed recently. First, they don't taste buttery like they used to. Second, I buy the individual 6ct or 9ct, and it seems like every other box has absolutely NO salt on them. Or I get a box that has no salt on them, except for the last package that seems to have what should have been the salt for the whole box! I buy them at a few different stores, and I go through this no matter where I buy them. I hate that I'm wasting money on something, not knowing if any box is going to be decent enough to eat. It's ridiculous! Please get this fixed and give us back the crackers and quality we love!

I used to love these crackers. But the last several boxes I've bought, the crackers just crumble when you pick them up. Not sure what they have done differently, but I will not buy them again. I did notice the box says "contains bioengineered food products". Not sure what that means but doesn't appeal to me.

Growing up we would have saltines and Club Crackers in the house. Saltines were for every day, but Club was special. Buttery, salty… special. Apparently Kellog decided the Keebler recipe needed to be changed. It’s just another saltine now, maybe I’ll crumble it in my soup. Very disappointed!

i love club crackers. they are a staple in my kitchen as i am always stocked with a box in my pantry. my only concern is the inconsistency between boxes. sometimes i will open a box and they will be nice and buttery. but the next box i purchase will be over baked and burnt. then the next box after that has not even a speck of salt on them. wish this could be resolved. otherwise a great product.

I bought a few boxes of these crackers and ended up throwing them away instead of returning to the store, thinking they were stale, and then buying another box at another store to find out they tasted the same. The ingredients are also bad, so I'll never buy these again.
