I started using Excedrin after ibuprofen no longer worked for me, I've had migraines for years and up until recently the ibuprofen did nothing for me anymore. Excedrin works every time!! I've taken excedrin as needed for several months now and am truly happy with it

I have bad migraines and when I start feeling them coming on I immediately get my excedrin migraine pain pills and take them. Without these meds I would be in the hospital monthly. With these amazing meds I am only in the hospital 2 times a year when I do not get to them quick enough or when the migraine is so intense that it lasts for days. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers with migraines. 

I've been a long time migraine sufferer and this is one of the only over the counter medications that helps. When you are suffering you don't want to "hope" something will help. That is why I always count on Excedrin for pain relief. Thank you for this life saver!

This is the only over the counter medication that will help in any way, shape or form when I'm having a migraine. They're fast working & last long enough to feel some relief. Other than my prescribed migraine meds I would recommend only these in the case of a major migraine anything else would be a waste.

Excedrin Migraine is the only drugstore medicine I have found that relieves me of my migraines. I sincerely don't know what I would do without it. I could have the most debilitating pain and this would ease it considerably within the hour. Just be sure to have something on your stomach before you take it! It's strong stuff.

I love this! I get crippling migraines and have tried everything to relieve them and nothing worked until i found excedrin migraine. The first time i took it i figured it wouldnt do a thing and i was happily surprised when it helped very quickly. Highly recommend you try if you havent already

SUCH A LIFESAVER!  Typically I try to take a dose within 30 minutes of feeling a migraine happening, but sometimes I am not able to.  So even waiting a bit longer this stuff is still effective.  I can go from wanting to chop my head off from pain to feeling perfect less than an hour after I take a dose.

Excedrin works really well for my migraines. It takes maybe 20 minutes from when I ingest it for my migraine to dissipate. It does have caffeine in it, so I wouldn't recommend taking at night unless you absolutely have to, or if caffeine does not impact you. This is a solid product.

I like to take these if I'm at work and I feel a migraine coming on. They don't affect me physically so I can continue my day and help to dull the pain of the migraine. I prefer these over the white caplets as I think they work a little better and faster plus are a good price for the product! I highly recommend this for migraines that hit at work!

I suffer from chronic migraines and this has always been a saving grace! It will usually work within 30-60 minutes of taking it. Once I take it, I don't have to worry about my migraine coming back. I just try to be careful and not use it too often because it sometimes causes me rebound headaches
