It's a combination drug that works. My headaches are usually due to a lack of caffeine. Being that this product contains caffeine, it definitely helps with my headaches. Do not get rid of this. It is one of my staple items. Got a headache? Get excedrin. One of its ingredients will help. Lol

I usually try to treat migraines over the counter unless absolutely needed, so this is a good option for seeing if you can get some relief OTC. The added caffeine is supposed to help constrict blood vessels and reduce migraine pain. So far no complaints!

I have had headaches all my life plus migraines. I am so glad I found Excedrin tablets about 50 years ago. In 10-12 minutes my headaches would be gone. It's reliable. Now that they've gone to making Excedrin caplets it takes longer to work, about 25 minutes. I don't know how they make caplets but I sure wish they'd go back to making tablets which works faster for me. Maybe Excedrin will consider making both types.
