I get prescription migraine medication and I still find I prefer Excedrin Migraine to it. It doesn’t take forever to work and it actually helps my migraines and not much else does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband suffers from extreme migraine headaches and this works great for him. It works quickly to either relieve the pain totally or on really bad days it relieves it enough for him to be able to function.

Tylenol stopped working for my headaches, which were getting very bad in the summer heat. Excedrin has become my go-to for getting rid of the headache once and for all, and the caffeine doesn't keep me awake like I feared that it would. I highly recommend.

It helped my migraine for a few hours, but wore off and then I only felt the effects of the caffeine and not really in a good way. Since you can only take 2 caplets every 24 hours, and it's not good to take ibuprofen within the same time frame as acetaminophen, I just had to deal with my headache for a while. It might work better for someone who is less sensitive to caffeine.
