[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Regular Excedrin has never even touched one of my migraines. All it would do was make me jittery. I’m a diehard Advil migraine fan but the other day when I felt one coming on, I opted for this. It worked!! Within 30 minutes my pain was gone and no jitters!

The problem arose when it arrived because I didn’t realize that each product contains NSAIDS, which I’m unable to take. I went back and forth about contacting them and also spoke with my doctor. Because of my situation, he advised me not to take the Excedrin-it just wasn’t worth the risk for me. However, I have several friends who take this and do really well with it. I wish I could because one of them gets migraines, maybe monthly, and she has told me that it’s kept her from having to be out of commission all day. As someone who also gets migraines, that made me envious. She said it’s the only thing that has helped (she refuses traditional prescriptions treatments and will only consider over the counter or alternative therapies. Sorry I can’t provide a firsthand experience but I did think it was worth mentioning because some people don’t know that NSAIDS are unsafe for them. In my case, my doctor said it could cause problems with just a couple of doses. Would that be guaranteed to happen? No, but it is possible.

Wasn’t the actual excedrin like I thought. It’s the knockoff brand in an excedrin box and bottle. The box came looking very old. Like it was old and untouched. It works, but not excedrin. How I know? The caplets didn’t have an E carved logo, it has L374 which is the logo of an off brand pair I used to get but it is pain relievers. I’d just rather not get duped into thinking I’m getting the actual Excedrin.

Usually caffeine can do the trick but when you have a migraine, it’s hard to drink coffee or tea. This is much easier when you’re not feeling well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such fast relief of one of my migraines before. My migraines usually knock me out for hours and I don’t always know the cause and usually medicine doesn’t work. I had a migraine today that was a mix of a weather front and a muscle knot. I didn’t think anything would get me relief. I took the recommended two pills with a glass of water and I had complete relief within 20 minutes! I had pretty low expectations and hoped it would just take the edge off. But it completely relieved the pain quickly and easily. I’d highly recommend it.
