It helped my migraine for a few hours, but wore off and then I only felt the effects of the caffeine and not really in a good way. Since you can only take 2 caplets every 24 hours, and it's not good to take ibuprofen within the same time frame as acetaminophen, I just had to deal with my headache for a while. It might work better for someone who is less sensitive to caffeine.

Whenever I feel a headache coming on, I always drink caffeine to feel relief, and then require medication on top of that! I suffer from serious migraines! I’m talking about lay in a dark room under the covers between two pillows crying because I can’t open my eyes and I feel like I’m going to puke migraine. I’ve tried everything under the sun but nothing compares to Excedrin Migraine! Within 15 to 20 minutes I’m able to open my eyes and within the hour it’s like I didn’t have a migraine at all! I recommend this product to everyone!

This works amazingly for migraines. (Ignore my dirty bottle) it goes with me everywhere. It's a small bottle but has lasted me a good while. The packaging is normal nothing special. I love that it has aspirin and caffeine in it to help even more with the pain. Obviously there is no scent. But I do buy these over and over again.
