It took away the pain for most of the day but then when I went to sleep and woke up, my migraine was back, but not full force like they usually are. The down side is that you can only take 2 within 24 hours .

The ingredients are strong not for the weak since it's a mix of Tylenol asprin and caffeine to do the job. It just takes about an hour before you feel the reilf

The one and only product that take my migraines away! I always have a bottle of this with me no matter what! No improvements needed, there are many varieties of this as far as quantity and the type of pill (tablet, gel etc). The price is very reasonable for the outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for me migraines take over my life. its a constant atleast once a week ordeal. i like this medicine because it actually works. the key to migraines though is catching and treating them at the first sign. mine sometimes start with weird sensations on my head or in my hair and i immediately take 2. it works!
