I have prescription migraine meds, but sometimes this actually works better for me because of the pain relievers included. It helps ease the pain pretty quickly and lets me get back to my day. I will say that they are slightly hard to swallow due to their size if you’re not good at handling larger pills though.

When I brought a new bottle of Excedrin Migaine and opened it up and saw there was an E on the pill I wasn't sure if some how the pills got mixed when packaged. I also but the Excedin for pain so you can see why I was confused about the E being on the bottle and not the EX for Migraine

It works best if I take it early—usually within 30–45 minutes I notice a real decrease in pain. That said, it’s not perfect. If I take it on an empty stomach, it can make me feel a bit jittery or nauseous, likely because of the caffeine. It also doesn’t fully knock out more severe migraines, but it often brings the pain down to a manageable level where I can function, which is the goal for me. Overall, it’s something I keep on hand for moderate migraines or early symptoms. Not a cure-all, but dependable enough that I reach for it when I first get an aura before stronger options.
