I suffer from migraines and have for over a decade. Unfortunately, Excedrin Migraine has never worked for me. It's unfortunate because it is definitely much cheaper and more convenient to use than prescription migraine medications, and sadly even they don't work all the time. I will just give this to my sister in law I think. I know she occasionally gets migraines and doesn't take prescription medication for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works for what it is. It doesn’t make the migraine go away, but it does help with the sharp pain. Doesn’t hurt your stomach like most migraine medicine does. The packing is unique as you always know what you’re grabbing. Doesn’t have scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Excedrin Migraine Relief is very effective. With 250 mg of acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin and 65 mg of caffeine my migraine was gone in about an hour. Very worth the try and now it’s my go to migraine medicine.

These aren’t small pills yet the gel coating helps them go down easier. I don’t find them effective at treating migraine headaches. They handle average headaches alright, but even when I take these just as an aura starts it usually doesn’t do much of anything for me. They’re less effective than naproxen sodium pills or ibuprofen in my experience, but as they’re advertised for migraine I would expect differently.

This product is a life saver for me. For my whole life I’ve had headaches here and there but recently i’ve been getting them more than usual since i’ve started high school. But I believe that there is caffeine in this product so I would recommend using something else if you have a headache or migraine during night or late hours.

I am a migraine sufferer and actually take a preventative med. But I still get the occasional one. So it's nice to have an OTC option available to use.

The migraine took awhile to go away, compared to the excedrin extra strength that I usually use for headaches. I’ll stick to the excedrin extra strength instead of this.
