It is fast acting and helped alleviate most of the pain within the first hour. I also tried it when I was a bit dehydrated and exhausted and found it to help with my headache very quickly.

I get migraine headaches frequently and it is one of the best medications that I have found to take when I start getting a migraine. If I take the Excedrin Migraine medications when I first feel a migraine starting it will get rid of the headache completely. I try to keep the Excedrin Migraine medications on hand at all times so that when I start getting a migraine, I can take it and get rid of the headaches completely.

My hubby easily and has always gotten migraines, after taking this within 30 minutes he is starting to feel so much better and believe me he has tried different things so far this works like a charm.

A combination of aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine is the ONLY thing that has ever effectively helped with my migraines and sinus headaches. Sometimes I have to take pseudoephedrine and this product together to make the pain from sinus headaches go away because it doesn't drain your sinuses, it's just a pain reliever. Ibuprofen does NOT work for my headaches at all. Evem stronger prescription pain medicine will not help my headaches. But this stuff does. I think it's the combination of 3 different meds that is the magic key.
