I have tried this one for migraines but they don't work as well as the tension headache pill. I would still recommend this product

I have several bottles and am never without excedrin. Takes away almost all my chronic migraine symptoms within an hour of taking the pill.

For a really bad headache, when nothing else helps, these do the trick. They do have caffeine in them so if you're sensitive, be aware.
