It works ok, however my migraines are so bad that it doesn't always help. It works well when they are not too bad

Excedrin definitely works better for me than anything else for migraines. Eating something first definitely helps with any upset stomach.

These work pretty well still, but their old formula used to work wonders. I still stand by these for migraines though.
