It's all in the caffeine! Definitely adds that extra boost you need between a headache and a migraine.

I think that excedrin is not as helpful as advil. Personally I like something that will work fast and take the pain away as soon as possible.

Excedrin migraine is the only medication that helps my headaches. It may be the combination of caffeine with acetaminophen that does the trick.
