Excedrin migraine works immediately. It is by far the best over the counter migraine medicine on the market.

Did not help my pain at all. I suffer from severe chronic migraines and this didn't even slightly help. I will not be buying this again. 

I have days believing my head it's about to explode since I used this product just one dose released the pain very happy about the results

It tends to dull my migraines by knocking off one level of pain on it's own. With my entire migraine regiment it helps the effects but not much more

These are great. I get terrible optic migraine and this is so fast acting and helps me get relief fast.

The product works sometimes for me with small headaches. It does not help with a migraine. It will just relieve a small headache of mine.
