I keep these in the back of my cabinet for when migraines strike. They work pretty quick but give me weird dreams in exchange for pain relief.

If taken right at first sign of migraine this definitely shortens the period of time of a headache. Drink lots of water with it too!

I suspect this works so well because of the combination of drugs including the caffeine. The problem is that a rebound caffeine headache will follow.
