As a migraine sufferer, I used to just deal with the pain or have to sleep. Now with Excedrin Migraine Relief, just two caplets later and I have relief. The combination of acetaminophen and caffeine is a great pain reliever for migraines. I've found best results when I take it at the first onset of a migraine.
