Takes a while to kick in, but does work. I prefer Aleve over this because it makes migraines or headaches go away almost immediately. Would not buy again...

I have chronic migraines and Excedrin helps a lot. They definitely dull the pain which helps make me functional, but it does leave me feeling hazy, and honestly it's no better than the generic, so I would buy the cheaper one.
