[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad has had migraines for years. This medicine is the best that he’s ever taken. Even his prescription medicine is not as good as this. I am thankful for this medicine.

All I can say is I cannot do life without Excedrin Migraine !!!! Not even the prescribed migraine medication works for me like Excedrin does. Thank you !!!!

These seem to help when nothing else does so I definitely keep them on hand. Having migraines for 16 years now, I have found this is the only thing that will help before I need my prescribed medication. 

I teach 7th grade and suffer from migraines. When I sense a migraine coming on (aura), I pop two of these and 90% of the time, I nip it before I ever get the headache part.

This is the only over the counter option I have found that actually provides relief for my migraines. Works best if taken at onset of migraine but even when I have taken after migraine is in full swing it provides relief!
