Excedrin is my go-to when I have a migraine. It’s fast acting and lasts long too. It provides relatively immediate help (in addition to a nap) and makes the migraine less severe.

Two of these, a regular coke, and quiet is the only combination to get rid of a migraine for me. My mom introduced me to this and I am never looking back. I tell anyone who will listen that this is the only OTC that actually works for migraines.
