As someone who has chronic migraines this is really helpful to carry around. I take it before I start to get one and while it doesn't take it completely away it does help so that it does not get too bad.

One of the best OTC migraine medicine I've tried so far for my recurring migraines. I wouldn't say it gets rid of them, however it provides some time for me to be able to still be productive during flair ups.

The only thing that works for my migraines. The only down side is it makes me absolutely wired from the caffeine. Have to make sure I don't take it too late in the day or I'm up at night.

This product is not for me. I have used in the past and it has way to much caffeine. I experienced tachycardia and the jitters for several hours after taking.

Work's quickly on my Migraines. The ingredients used to help with migraines is safe to use while working because I'm not sleeping or goofy. For the value I spend on this product all I need is 2 for the whole day. Worth the money I spend.

Migraines are the worst and i get them at least once or twice a week. Excedrin is the only medicine that like make it go away so i can go back to a normal life.
