i have awful migraines and these do the trick. it’s not instant relief but to pain killer is. it’s very affordable. they’re so sold everywhere. takes about 30 mins - hour to set in depending on severity.

Love excedrin migraine! I get bad headaches and migraines. The caffeine in them also keep me going. Only downside is I can't take too soon before bed.
