[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrine Migraine has always been helpful to me when I have a bad headache that will not go away. I pop some of these, throw some ice on my neck and I feel so much better.

I use this in addition to any off brand of this. Ibuprofen alone doesn’t cut it sometimes and this does the trick. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it before.

Excedrin migraine is the only headache relief med I've had success with I don't get headaches too often but when I do they're debilitating so I keep this around.

I suffer from migraines constantly and Excedrin helps with my horrible headaches. It works better than any other brand you can find on the Shelf. Great company

When I have a gnarly migraine I always pull this out and it’s great when I have a long day ahead of me and I need a quick fix. Works better for me than most migraine pills and I’m always satisfied.
